• All appointments require a non-refundable $30 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your service total.

• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• We totally understand that life happens! However, no-shows will result in a non-refundable $30 deposit which will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a $30 late cancellation fee may also apply. Thank you for respecting our time and policies!

• We accept all major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods listed at checkout. 

• All services listed on the site are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Pricing is subject to change. Appointments must be booked through our approved system, and a valid credit/debit card may be required to hold your bookin

• We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if deemed necessary for your safety.

• Esthetician services are not a substitute for medical treatment. For medical skin concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.

• Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness.
